Choice Words Grant Program for Emerging and Small Nonprofits is intended to assist small emerging organizations with the development of an effective grants program. The program aligns smaller nonprofit organizations with Choice Words associate grant writers to identify funding opportunities and to obtain support in developing language and budgets for pursuing fundraising goals. 

The program is designed to be customizable so that nonprofits can get all the help they need specific to their goals. The program includes grant and fundraising support with the opportunity to apply add-ons including communications and marketing assistance. In order to prioritize organizations that need the most assistance, this program is only for organizations with an annual operating budget under $100,000.

The basic program package includes an initial consultation to determine if the grant program for small nonprofits is appropriate based on the organization’s imminent needs and long-term fundraising goals. A comprehensive funder search is then initiated to provide the most up-to-date funding opportunities. Our associate grant writers will assist with application development and alternative fundraising strategies tailored to an organization’s needs. The custom add-ons include marketing and communications expertise applied to promotional materials, social media, community engagement, web presence, branding, and ongoing communications.
